Maybe it's the hipster, vintage trend but I can't get enough of these apartments on 26 Ontario which are very on trend. This unit, #324 is just so cool. It's a loft style space with massive windows that let in a ton of light which might be one of the reasons I love them so much. It definitely reminds me of something you might find in a big City like New York or Toronto. This 1 bedroom 1225 sq.ft apartment is an awesome space for a young professional couple. The condo fees tend to be pricey in this building BUT they include water AND heat which is actually pretty great! Lot's of condo building don't include those in fees. I'm a sucker for neutrals on neutrals when they are different fabrics textures and shades. Today's fav home is not only in a family friendly neighbourhood but the interiors are beautiful. Snaps to the sellers for staging their home so beautifully. definitely magazine worthy. 126 Severn Dr listed with Coldwell Banker is one of those homes you just feel at home in immediately. It's open concept main floor is great for entertaining. The large kitchen flows to the living room to an absolutely stunning view from a huge deck! I'm sure the winter pics don't do the view justice.
