The East End
The newbie
Typically thought of as a more affordable area of Guelph for families and first time homebuyers, this area has seen a lot of growth over the last few years. The older neighbourhood is predominately two storey homes on 30’ lots, while the new neighbourhoods have a mixture of massive family homes and freehold townhouses. There are a lot of newer neighbourhoods in the East End and is still expanding.

The Victoria Road Rec Centre is an awesome place for skating, swimming and other aquatic fitness activities. There is a large sportsfield and park called Pollinator Park that has football + soccer fields, beach volleyball courts, trails and gardens that are worth checking out.
