The South End

A town of its own

Formerly farm land, this area has been rapidly growing since the mid 1990’s into a family area with pleasant streets and nice homes on a mix of 30′, 40’ and a few 50′ lots. South Guelph has also seen a boom in multi-residential buildings and townhomes. Due to the proximity to the 401, this is one of Guelph’s most highly-priced neighbourhoods.
