Co-operating Brokerage / Buying Agent - they represent the buyers interested in homes on the market

What happens during the conditional period?
Typical conditional periods are between 3 - 7 business days
Inspection (if applicable) usually between 2.5 - 3 hrs long depending on the home. We can recommend a few home inspectors.
Financing approval (if applicable) we will send all documents to your mortgage agent/broker
Status Certificates for Condos and other docs may take up to 10 business days
The Time Between Firm & Closing Date
During this time we’ll be in touch to provide things like:
Scheduling walk-throughs
Moving Checklists
