Today's Favourite Daily listing comes to us from the West End of Guelph. I feel like unless you already live in the West End it is slightly underestimated by the rest of Guelph. There are some stunning homes in the West End and this one doesn't disappoint. 18 Gateway Dr is a 3 bedroom 1.1 bathroom raised bungalow listed at $499,900 with Royal Lepage. It's close to schools, shopping and in a perfect location for commuters who work West of Guelph. I love the curb appeal of this home, the stucco and brick combination is modern yet classy. The home looks to be in excellent shape and has been well maintained. There is definitely still room for some cosmetic touch ups but we have definitely seen worse when it comes to homes looking dated. The hardwood floors throughout the main floor are beautiful. The back yard doesn't look like much this time of year but there are some gorgeous mature trees that will provide privacy when the warmer weather arrives. These are so cool & SO RARE
Today's Favourite daily listing is a home I have never seen come on the market... At least not that I can remember. 10 Stuart St in Guelph has the coolest condo towns. Lucky for us one is for sale and we get to appreciate what a stunning area of Guelph this is. 10 Stuart St unit 6 is listed with Coldwell Banker. The exterior of these blocks of town houses is really neat check it out in the photos and you'll see what I mean. Overlooking Downtown Guelph this would be my favourite spot. It also has heated floors, in case you thought it would be cold in the winter.
