I would LOVE to have this outdoor oasis!

Today's favourite daily listing comes to us from the South End! The south end of Guelph is full of newly built homes that tend to live up to the extra $$$ people pay for to live there. 15 Haney Dr is no exception it doesn't disappoint. It's listed with Keller Williams Golden Triangle Realty.  This home is 2,813 sq ft of beautifully updated living areas as well as a stunning kitchen ( although it could use a new counter top) My favourite part of this home is actually outside of it. When you scroll through the photos you'll see an absolutely stunning gazebo/garden house! It's beautiful! I would be out there all summer entertaining friends and family, or host any major sporting event with the wall mounted tv. This home isn't missing much except new owners and I'm sure they'll show up fast.

These are so cool & SO RARE

Today's Favourite daily listing is a home I have never seen come on the market... At least not that I can remember. 10 Stuart St in Guelph has the coolest condo towns. Lucky for us one is for sale and we get to appreciate what a stunning area of Guelph this is. 10 Stuart St unit 6 is listed with Coldwell Banker. The exterior of these blocks of town houses is really neat check it out in the photos and you'll see what I mean. This particular unit is beautifully finished, modern with the skylights and slanted ceilings adding that European flare. Let's talk about that stunning sunroom, I mean come on!!! Overlooking Downtown Guelph this would be my favourite spot. It also has heated floors, in case you thought it would be cold in the winter. This unit also has a single car garage, super convenient in the winter. The only negative thing I would have to say about this home are the condo fees... they are high and only include Building Insurance, Common Elements, and Exterior Maintenance.
