This 2,868 sq ft home is absolutely gorgeous, over flowing with luxury upgrades, granite counter tops in the kitchen, large bedrooms, finished walkout basement, cobblestone drive and walkway, wonderfully landscaped on a huge pie shaped lot, there aren't a lot of negatives. This home is definitely a dream for many of us especially considering the price tag but I love taking interior and exterior design inspirations from beautiful homes like this. There are definitely great real estate gems in Guelph and this is one of them.
