Today's Favourite Daily Listing was actually listed late yesterday and I didn't like any of the homes listed today soooo, this ones our winner! 16 Miller Street is listed with Coldwell Banker and it's such a beautiful home! It'll be hard to out grow this one, it's just over 2,000 sq ft. This 3 bedroom south end home is finished with nothing left to do but move in. The basement is by far my favourite part of this house. It doesn't even feel like you're in a basement it's finished so nicely. You could easily host and entertain your friends and family there. The open concept main floor isn't half bad either ;) nice floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and a large family room is perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while you're making dinner.
