The exterior of this house is beautiful, I love the two car garage off to the side and the front entrance stands out, looks welcoming and inviting. I'm a fan. It's nicely landscaped and well maintained. The interior is just as nice as the exterior, some modern accessories would go far in this home and truly bring it to it's fullest potential. The backyard is again, stunning.You're not missing anything here. There's a pool, large deck, tons of mature trees and manicured gardens. This is a beautiful home! A lucky home buyer will have no problem moving in and calling it home.

Today's Favourite Daily Listing was actually listed late yesterday and I didn't like any of the homes listed today soooo, this ones our winner! 16 Miller Street is listed with Coldwell Banker and it's such a beautiful home! It'll be hard to out grow this one, it's just over 2,000 sq ft. This 3 bedroom south end home is finished with nothing left to do but move in. The basement is by far my favourite part of this house. It doesn't even feel like you're in a basement it's finished so nicely. You could easily host and entertain your friends and family there. The open concept main floor isn't half bad either ;) nice floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and a large family room is perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while you're making dinner. Well another awesome reno project in Guelph! These are becoming more and more popular since house prices are getting to be so high, why not renovate what you have and then sell! It's definitely a sellers market and we need inventory for our buyers! Today's Favourite Daily Listing is a great home for a family this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is listed with Coldwell Banker and I doubt it will last long on the market.... most homes don't any more in Guelph anyway. 49 Dunhill Cres is located in the mature neighbourhoods of the West End. Most of the homes in this area are on large lots with space between neighbours, a rarity in all the newly built subdivisions. This 1510 sidesplit has been completely finished and the open concept main floor has been tastefully renovated. I love the railing on the stairs, great choice sellers! The backyard is beautiful and private, although slightly sloped, which can be tricky for cutting the grass... a small price to pay for that much privacy though.
