There are a few great listings today but I want to point out our favourite being 34 Dublin St. This is a red brick character home steps to downtown, the newer plaza at Gordon and Wellington as well as the trails along the river. You'll need to do a little updating here but it will be well worth it in the end. I can assure the contractors will be looking at this one but I feel it would be a tough flip as the number won't work.
