Facebook & Instagram Ads
Before we list your home, we advertise on Facebook and Instagram with a "Coming Soon" Ad to generate a following of potential buyers. These ads are easily shared between friends and acquaintances, so word spreads quickly. Once your home is actively listed we run a "New Listing" campaign to make sure that no rock is left unturned.
Guelph Daily Listings
GDL is an email service we provide to over 450 (and growing) potential buyers who receive Guelph listings the day they are active on the market. Your home will be featured on GDL as well as being our Favourite Daily Listing for the day which we post to our website blog and share to our over 600 Facebook page members.
