My brother’s sister’s friend’s best friend is an agent
Buying your largest asset should be entrusted to the person you believe will best help you reach your goals. Family and friends may not be the best person for the job - especially if they are not familiar with the local market. Making the wrong choice could leave you unprotected in an offer and paying more than market value for your home. As a local agent we often know about homes coming on the market before they are active, giving you an advantage over your competition.
What does an agent do for me?
Any agent can open the door and show you a home. You want to work with someone who cares 1% less than you do about your home purchase. These agents will:
Listen to you: understanding what you are looking for and not wasting your time sending you properties that don’t meet your needs and looking for new opportunities that do
Educate you: on the process, the market to make sure you know market value
Protect you: our code of ethics guarantees that we will always put your best interests first
Be your real estate consultant after the sale
How are agents paid?
Agents are paid by the seller from the proceeds of the sale, typically on a commission structure. Even on private sales, our commission will be paid by the seller.
